YOGA FOR MIND, BODY and SPIRIT

Paul and Rachel Desbois have taught for over 12 years having completed a 500 hour course with Ruth White, herself a direct student of BKS Iyengar (A Yoga Alliance recognised qualification).  Since then their experience has been enhanced through practice with other great teachers including David Sye, John Scott and many more.
